When the company’s activity, its financial and market position are examined you need legal audit (due diligence). If you or your company:

• Are going to apply to the Ukrainian or foreign banks, the financial organizations to get the credit;
• Have intention to sell your business or to purchase another one;
• Have intention to found a joint venture or to conduct a merge, or acquisition of the company (M&A - merges and acquisitions);
• Want truthfully present your security and solidity to a foreign or  invest partner;
• Have intention to check up the reliability and paying capacity of the counterpart.
