Within the limits of the instituted legal proceeding:

• In the process of the debtor property disposition (representation and protection of the creditors’ and debtors’ rights connected with the  assignment and replacement of the arbitration supervisor (the debtor’s property disponent), recognition of the creditors’ demands by court, approval of the creditors’ demands register, holding of the creditors meeting, formation of the creditors committee, dismissal the head of the debtor from from his responsibilities, etc.);
• At the stage of sanitation - restoration of the payment capacity of the debtor (approval of the sanitation plan, assignment of a sanitator, legal support of reorganization of the enterprise and other measures stipulated by the sanitation plan);
• At the stage of liquidation of the debtor (representation and protection of clients’ property interests at revealing, estimation and realization of the bankrupt’s property, satisfaction of the creditors’ demands according to the established order, the appeal of the liquidator’s activity or inactivity, etc.);
• In the process of the contest and recognition the contracts concluded by debtors before the moment of the bankruptcy legal proceedings institution as void.
